1. Turn the main power switch to the right.
2. Wait until loading is complete, then press the company logo.
3. Press the thickness and blade speed control buttons to open the pop-up window, then set the desired size and blade speed.
4. Use the save function to save settings to the machine. (You can save multiple settings by changing the save location, and recall them later for immediate use.)
5. Check whether to use the conveyor function. (You can select from Continuous, Step, or Disabled.)
6. Place the meat to be cut onto the input conveyor.
7. Use the forward switch to move it forward.
8. Lower the upper push conveyor.
9. Press the run switch to operate the machine.
10. Wait until the operation is complete.
11. Repeat steps 6 through 9.
