PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

POLYURETHANE FOAMING MACHINE
- DaejinPU Foaming Machines are low pressure Foaming machines based on 2-component raw material (Polyol & Isocyanate) circulation mode.
- Except DJ-1000 and DJ-400, all the machines have precise temperature control function for each raw material (Polyol & Isocyanate).
- Daejin'scharacteristic mixing head makes the mixing very efficiently.
- Daejin'smachines are equipped chemical(urethane) exclusive Haight pumps which were imported from Baker Manufacturing Company, USA
- Adding one more Polyol tank , you can produce two kinds of color products.
- Feed Pump (Option) : For transferring the raw materials from drum to tank.
- We are able to produce any specific requiring low pressure PU Foaming Machines by the customer.
