A water pump is connecting with a bolt on a cylinder block and circulates a coolant by a drive belt or driving force of a crankshaft. Cooling water is sent to the bottom by a water jacket which encloses a cylinder and a cylinder head and then warm water become cool by entering a radiator. Coolant from a radiator flows in an impeller and a cylinder block or cylinder head pressing out by centrifugal force.
A water pump is bolted to the water jacket of a cylinder block. A drive belt or driving gear for water pump transmits the driving power of the crankshaft to the water pump, so the water pump can circulate the cooling water.
The water pump sends the cooling water up to the water jacket surrounding the cylinder and cylinder head, and the heated cooling water is withdrawn and sent to the radiator.
And then, the cooling water in the radiator is cooled. The cooled cooling water in the radiator flows into the center of the impeller, and is extruded outwardly by centrifugal force and sent to the cylinder block or cylinder head.
When the engine, which can be called the heart of an automobile, is heated, circulation of the cooling water plays a role in reducing the heat.
If the temperature of the engine rises and it is overheated (appropriate temperature or higher), the phenomenon could cause any of the components in the engine to be defective. The water pump is a crucial component in an automobile as circulation of the cooling water as well as the engine can operate the automobile heater
