3. The results of a clinical experiment on oscillation sportswear (Dong-eui Univ., Busan)
The research team (4 led by Gwak Yi-sup) of Busan Dongeui University composed 4 groups from 40 ordinary participants (both men and women mixed) who have never joined a particular exercise nor taken any medication for cardiovascular disorders; They were asked to wear the oscillating sportswear and race shoes, respectively.
After 12-week of walking, the results demonstrated that the oscillating sportswear group showed a positive change in body fat, fat volume, and WHR, more reducing body fat and balancing body composition than the marathon shoe group.
Particularly in the human pulse test, the former showed it is more effective for pulse Strength, peripheral circulation disturbance, pressure width(the intension of pressure in the blood vessel) and pressure index(the time maintaining the high pressure in artery) which than the latter, which means it helps improve the resilience of blood vessel a lot.
