Escoffier first gave the name of chef shoes by obtaining patent on 'Functional shoes suitable for kitchen environment: chef shoes' and made ultralight chef shoes by introducing EVA material into chef shoes for the first time in South Korea etc., it has positioned as leading kitchen chef shoes in South Korea based on 13 years of know-how.

ESCOFFIER SHOES?
[ESCOFFIER Chef Shoes] was made by chefs and researcher. Our vision is to improve work environment of all cooks. Shoes has been ergonomically and usefully designed with a French shoe design company 'Vitrac'. Now, we are representative kitchen shoe brand in South Korea.

	Waterproof coated high quality synthetic leather - The breathable and shockproof eco-friendly material is lighter than natural leather. - Tough leather with fine fiber synthetic leather is durable.
	Foot protecting function - Use of reinforced felt instead of steel toe mainly used in safety shoes, lessens weight. - It can protect feet from the blade of a falling knife.
	Shockproof, non-slip function - Lessened shoe weight by inserting phylon insole in between insole and the uppers, which is light and has cushion, also lessens shock delivered to foot. - Use of special rubber sole with excellent non-slip function prevents slipping on floor with lots of water and oil.
	Easy detachable design - Is easily detachable using banding on top of the foot(inside and outside part) and can also easily remove foreign substances. - The double band type with inner band inside also prevents band from loosening.
	Inner leather and shoe insole - Inserting cushion into soft and breathable mesh cloth prevents foot from feeling tired. EVA insole with cushion also prevents from feeling tired and has anti-bacterial function of sweat absorption and good breathability.
