Make-up
1) Fill the spare tank about half full with de-ionized water and heat up to
40-50℃.
2) Add the required amount of copper sulfate and dissolve with strong agitation.
3) Add the required amount of sulfuric acid slowly(wear protective goggles and keep
the temperature under 60℃).
4) Add 4-5g/L of activated carbon with air agitation during 2-3 hours at 40-50℃.
5) Stay over 8 hours and move to the operating tank with filtration, and add the
water up to the proper level.
6) Remove all activated carbon from the plating solution because of its side effect
to the CU-3000 brighteners.
7) Electrolyze until showing up black phosphorus film on the copper anodes.
8) Set the temperature around 25℃ and add 172mL/1000L of hydrochloric acid(HCl),
5mL/L of CU-3000 Mu and 0.5mL/L of CU-3000 A, 0.5mL/L of CU-3000 B with
agitation.
9) Start Operations.
